All subunits,  

As per the “Notice on the Calculation of the 2020 Financial Budget” issued by Finance Division, all subunits are kindly requested to calculate the budget for overseas (cross-border) missions in 2020, and fill out the 4 forms, including the “Form of Application for Budget Quota for Overseas (Cross-border) Missions (Abroad) by Provincial Administrative Institutions” and “Form of Application for Budget Quota for Overseas (Cross-border) Missions (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) by Provincial Administrative Institutions” etc. and send the above forms to our designated mailbox before 14:00 on July 14. The missions listed in the above forms shall be consistent with the ones to be submitted to relevant departments such as Provincial Foreign Affairs Office. The subunits that fail in filling out the above forms will be deemed as having no demand for budget quotas for overseas (cross-border) missions and their request for processing the formalities of overseas missions in 2020 will not be accepted. The calculation shall be carried out by subunit and submission by individuals will not accepted.

The budget calculation work falls on holidays and weekends. All subunits are kindly requested to do a good job and ensure that the required results can be submitted on schedule.
