All Subunits,

As per the requirements stated in the “Notice of the Foreign Affairs Office of Shanxi Provincial People’s Government on the Submission of Plans for the 2020 Overseas Missions” (Shanxi Provincial Government Foreign Affairs [2019] No. 135), all subunits are requested to plan their 2020 overseas missions, determine the mission of each trip and propose candidates for the trip in line with their key internationalization tasks and the needs of their external work as well as their respective budget for overseas missions.

According to the requirements of the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office on the grouping of non-academic overseas delegations, the total number of people in a delegation shall not exceed 6. In principle, the main responsible persons of a subunit where a delegation is grouped shall not go with the delegation or go to the same country or region as the delegation at the same time or within 6 months.

All subunits are kindly requested to fill out the Plan for the 2020 Non-academic Overseas Missions. Having had the plan reviewed and approved by their main responsible persons, all subunits should send the “Plan for the 2020 Non-academic Overseas Missions” (word version and PDF version after signature and scanning) to liwanfeng@tyut.edu.cn before 18:00 on December 3, 2019. After collecting all the plans, the International Cooperation Division will report to the university administration for approval.
