To further optimize the entry and exit management and approval process of Taiyuan University of Technology (TYUT), improve the efficiency of foreign-related work, provide better entry and exit approval services to all staff members and make it easy for them to go through the required formalities, the “Integrated Entry and Exit Information Management System of Taiyuan University of Technology”, having met the requirements for operation, will be officially launched today after further improvements with the system and its functions since it was put in trial operation on September 5. All staff members will need to submit their application for study abroad through this system and go through online approval from now on.
