As per the Notice of China Scholarship Council (CSC) on the Selection of Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian International Collaborative Training Projects for 2021 (CSC Europe (2020) 680, CSC will continue to sponsor Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian international collaborative training projects in 2021, in order to deepen China-Russia, China-Ukraine and China-Belarus cooperation and promote the collaborative training of international talents by Chinese and Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian universities and research institutes.
Following the overall arrangement of CSC, all units are required to propose projects first. CSC will, afterwards, organize a panel of experts to review the proposed projects and determine a list of sponsored projects together with their assigned categories and scales. The determined project implementing units shall then select candidates as per the eligibility criteria of their approved projects. After examining the qualification of the recommended candidates, CSC will dispatch eligible candidates abroad. All subunits that are interested in proposing the above-mentioned projects shall designate their respective secretaries of foreign affairs to submit the project proposals to International Cooperation Division before November 16, 2020 and send the electronic versions to lisumei@tyut.edu.cn at the same time. The list of approved projects will be disclosed before the end of February next year.
