To expedite the building of an international management team in TYUT, improve its foreign affairs services and build a high-quality, professional and cohesive team of foreign affairs secretaries, International Cooperation Division (ICD) plans to organize a special training on entry and exit administration for foreign affairs secretaries of TYUT, which will focus on the learning of latest documents on exit administration and the operating procedures of TYUT Comprehensive Entry and Exit Information Management System. Details of the training are hereby notified as follows:   

1. Time: 15:00 to 16:30, January 7, 2020

2. Venue: Conference Room G209, Guojiao Building (Yingxi Campus)

3. Participants: Foreign Affairs Secretaries or Teachers in Charge of Foreign Affairs of all subunits 

All relevant subunits are requested to send their respective “Registration Form for the Special Training on Entry and Exit Administration” to ices@tyut.edu.cn before January 6.
