研究与发展办公室、各学院负责科研工作的院长希望有意申请澳大利亚研究委员会未来奖学金的研究员现在开始提交意向书，资助将从2016年下半年开始。优先考虑以澳大利亚科廷大学为牵头单位的意向书。

科廷大学认为此次澳大利亚研究委员会资助奖学金为优秀研究人员申请提供极好路径和机会。为鼓励国内外优秀申请者，成功申请到澳大利亚研究委员会奖学金的研究员可获以下支持包：

1. 足量的现金支持；

2. 一个博士后研究员的协助;

3. 两份博士奖学金

注意：所提交的意向书需展示该项目或研究员能够提高澳大利亚在目标领域的科研实力，包括吸引澳大利亚或国际研究人员在最佳的研究环境中从事研究，同时发挥现有或新兴的研究优势。

 2016 ARC Future Fellowships Grant Applications

(funding from 2016)

The Office of Research and Development (ORD) and the Faculty Deans of Research, are now calling for Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for those interested in applying for an ARC Future Fellowship to commence and be funded from in the second half of 2016.  EOIs are sought for applications involving Curtin as the lead organisation.

The University sees this ARC funded fellowship as a strong pathway and opportunity to appoint outstanding researchers. To encourage both internal and external candidates of the highest quality, the successful application will be provided with a support package consisting of:

·  significant cash,

·  a supporting postdoctoral fellow; and

·  two PhD scholarships

It is important to note that the ARC will be seeking proposals that demonstrate how the Project and the Future Fellowship Candidate will increase Australia’s research capacity to undertake research in the targeted areas, including attracting Australian or overseas researchers to conduct research in the best research environment whilst developing existing or emerging research strengths.

The current timelines for submission to each of these three phases are:

1.      Full Applications
To be submitted to nominated internal reviewers/advisors, the appropriate Dean of Research and ORD before 21 April 2016.

2.      Internal Review and Feedback
Feedback is expected to be provided within 1 week of submission.

3.      Internal Deadline for Completed Applications
The internal deadline for submitting a complete full draft in RMS 2.0 is expected to be no later than 4 May 2016.
