To further optimize the entry and exit management and approval process of Taiyuan University of Technology (TYUT), improve the efficiency of foreign-related work and provide better entry and exit approval services to all staff members, the “Integrated Entry and Exit Information Management System of Taiyuan University of Technology” has been constructed and is put in trial operation today after more than a year of survey, development and commissioning. All staff members will need to submit their application for study abroad through this system and go through online approval. In addition, records of overseas study, credentials and other related documents can also be searched through the system. From December 1, 2019, International Cooperation Division will no longer accept paper application materials.
