Relevant Subunits,

Having been notified by Shanxi Foreign Expert Service Center, we now solicit foreign expert project demands for 2020 from all subunits. This endeavor is meant to implement the important exposition of General Secretary Xi Jinping on technological innovation and energy revolution and the important speech that he made during his inspection in Shanxi. It is also meant to contribute to Shanxi Province's creation of a new situation on the basis of “two transformations” by drawing on the wide connections and rich foreign expert resources of Shanxi Foreign Expert Service Center to recruit high-quality foreign experts as the earlies possible time.

All subunits that are in need of foreign experts are requested to fill out Shanxi Province Foreign Experts Demand Information Form in Attachment 2 and send it to guojing@tyut.edu.cn before November 10.
